Ensuring internal communication on employee reward is effective is a huge challenge for employers. Many use a variety of communication channels in order to appeal to different sectors in their workforces. These can include: total reward statements, seminars, staff meetings, emails, text messages (SMS), webinars, video, podcasts, staff handbooks, posters and social media.
