Working for an extremely dynamic and market leading organisation, this post is to take responsibility for the delivery of a UK and EMEA compensation function including the population of International Assignees. As part of a global Compensation function, you will ensure an efficient and effective compensation service is provided, dealing with salary reviews, benchmarking and bonus plans. Align regional policies and provide advice and guidance to your team and senior business managers in regards to the expat and inpat community, ensuring controls for best practice are in place and strict compliance to regulations. Candidates must have previous experience of delivering compensation policies, expat/ IA tax issues and the ability to cope within a period of transition. Confident, credible and professional communication skills are essential.
