Generation Financial Services launches flex software service

Generation Financial Services has launched an integrated service that simplifies the way in which organisations can access flexible benefits software.

The service removes the front end charges that can be requested by third party providers and instead operates a monthly charge.

The offering will also include total reward statements, web-based administration, flexible benefits software, automatic re-broking of benefits, online member communication, pension technical advice and a member telephone helpline.

Andrew Waller, board director of Generation Financial Services, said: “No longer will companies have to miss out on the latest software and services for employees as we have launched a proposition that removes the barrier to entry.

“We are backing up our new proposition with the latest developments in employee benefits and will be offering some new services that employees will really appreciate.”
