Business in the Community launches employee volunteering tool

Business in the Community (BITC) has launched the Employee Volunteering Check Up with input from Aramark, Linklaters, Lloyds Banking Group, and Prudential UK and Europe.

The Check Up is an online, interactive quiz that provides respondents with tips and guidance on developing a range of employee volunteering opportunities.

Respondents will also gain access to a reference library for the latest good practive in employee volunteering including examples of policy and practice from a variety of organisations.

Truett Tate, group executive director of wholesale banking at Lloyds Banking Group, who led the team of businesses helping to develop the Check Up tool, said: “This is an essential new resource and a great way to learn from others, plan your next steps and make a bigger difference in the community.”
