Aon Consulting to launch benefits management platform

Aon Consulting is to launch a benefits management and broking software platform, The Benefits Solution (TBS).

The platform will allows Aon and employers to manage employee benefits on a single system. The Benefits Solution consists of a member administration database with procurement tool, a workflow system, a document repository and a reporting tool that includes the ability to produce automated reports.

Employees can also access to TBS through a portal, allowing them to update their details, view information about their pension and benefit provision, make benefit choices and view their total reward statement.

Multi-national organisations can access information about their plans across the globe, and in local currencies if required. This provides a them with comprehensive global benefits database giving access to benchmarking data from industry peer groups, regions or countries.

Jane Gibbs, operations director at Aon Consulting, said: “The database and the benefit information we hold will give us the ability to provide a really efficient service to [employers], and give them access to real time important information for them to be able to run their programmes.”
