Vue Entertainment sees take-up rise after switching voluntary benefits providers

Vue Entertainment has seen take up of its voluntary benefits plan rise to 35% since switching providers. Its new scheme, My Vue Benefits, is provided by Asperity Employee Benefits and was launched in May for 2,900 staff
across 69 UK locations.

Alex James, head of HR operations at Vue, said: “Providing staff with shopping discounts at 3,000 retailers is a really useful way to help them maximise their disposable income.”

Communications for the scheme were cascaded down from area managers to general managers then to employees
using presentations and cinema video clips.
