Morneau Shepell acquires SBC Systems

Canadian firm Morneau Shepell has acquired SBC Systems Company.

Through the acquisition, the provider of pensions and benefits will be a part owner in SBC Systems UK.

James Markham, managing director at SBC Systems UK, said: “The SBC Systems UK management team sees significant opportunity in partnering with a large player in administration solutions like Morneau Shepell. We are very excited about the road ahead.”

Rene Beaudoin, executive vice president, US region, and chief technology officer at Morneau Shepell, added: “This acquisition will help broaden our reach across the US and internationally to improve our suite of offerings.”
