Vebnet launches flexible benefits communication tool
2008-04-07
Vebnet has launched a communications product designed to help employers inform and educate their staff about flexible benefits.
The package of communications materials includes a booklet on the flexible benefits scheme on offer detailing the options available, a guide explaining to staff how to enrol in the scheme, and a newsletter that provides up-to-date information on current benefits.
All the information is paper-based so that employees can take it home and discuss their benefits options with family members.
Vebnet can tailor the documentation for a particular employer by incorporating a company's logo and corporate colours.
Pat Appleby, marketing manager at the flexible benefits provider, said: "Communication is key in flex and reward. You can have the best benefits in the world, but if you don't communicate them they will bomb."
Vebnet is offering this new package to existing clients as well as to employers that use another flexible benefits provider. It is designed to complement Vebnet's current bespoke communication and implementation service.
