Mercer launches holiday booking tool

Mercer has launched a new online holiday booking product called Holidayconnect that allows employees to book their own holiday online. Line managers are then able to approve the holiday requested online. They can also monitor an individual's holiday entitlement and the number of days left to be taken. Holidayconnect can incorporate holiday trading schemes and also discretionary leave.
