LeasePlan implements new benefits portal for staff

LeasePlan has implemented a new benefits portal for its UK employees.

The vehicle management and leasing provider introduced the cube3 portal, provided by Lorica Online, as the next stage of its UK employee reward strategy.

Sarah Mengham, HR service development manager at LeasePlan, said: "Our people are our most valued asset and we realise the importance of offering a flexible benefits package to our diverse workforce.

"We will use cube3 not only to offer flexibility in our benefit offering but also to enable employees to understand the true value of their benefits packages via total reward statements."

Matt Duffy, partnerships manager at Lorica Online, added: "Installing cube3 as a communication tool for all of the great benefits LeasePlan UK offers its employees was a natural next step.

"The platform will be able to communicate traditional, core benefit entitlement as well as offer flexibility in lifestyle benefits."
