LSL Property Services has launched an online flexible benefits scheme for its 5,000 UK staff.
The property group, which owns the estate agency brands Reeds Rains and Your Move, identified a need to overhaul its benefits package after conducting a series of focus groups with staff.
Nearly two-thirds (64%) of employees wanted greater flexibility in their choice of benefits.
The online flexible benefits portal, which is branded ChoiceMatters, includes a range of tax-efficient benefits, including childcare vouchers, bikes for work, mobile phones, dental insurance, a health cash plan, health assessments and travel insurance, all of which are available via salary sacrifice arrangements.
The organisation had previously offered childcare vouchers and a health cash plan to staff.
The portal, which uses Benefex’s RewardHub software, was launched with consultancy Barclays Corporate and Employer Solutions.
Gareth Whalley, head of group HR services at LSL Property Services, said: “With the business growing and going from strength to strength, it is vitally important that we have the right support and benefits package in place, not only to attract new talent in an increasingly competitive market, but also to engage and motivate our existing workforce.”
