Brightcove names new chief people officer

Brightcove Streaming technology business Brightcove has appointed Trisha Stiles (pictured) as chief people officer for all its operating countries, including the UK, effective from 29 August.

Reporting to chief executive officer Marc DeBevoise, Stiles will lead the human resource strategy, including talent and performance management, and spearheading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She will also focus on strengthening and amplifying Brightcove’s organisational structure, talent development, and culture building.

Stiles has more than 20 years of experience leading human resources for Tableau, CBS Interactive and NBC Universal. As vice president of employee success at Tableau, she oversaw human resources strategy for its global engineering, product and marketing teams.

As head of human resources at CBS Interactive, Stiles helped build the culture across numerous brands, working closely with the leadership team and employee groups.
