Travel, media and entertainment organisation Culture Trip has hired Karen Kesner as its new chief people officer.
Kesner has experience in talent acquisition, leadership and business process improvement. She has also been involved in designing and implementing recruitment strategies and organisational infrastructure at start-up businesses, in sectors such as technology.
Previously, Kesner has worked as global director of recruiting at Booking.com, vice president, talent acquisition at Audible, vice president of talent acquisition at Yodle and head of global staffing at Visa. She also acted as the founder and managing partner at Upstream Search.
