Employee Benefits Live 2018 set to welcome delegates to ExCeL London

Employee Benefits Live 2018, the largest dedicated reward and benefits event in Europe, is set to welcome delegates to ExCeL London for its 20th anniversary this week.

The event, held on Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 October 2018, will allow HR, reward and benefits professionals to explore the latest industry innovations at the expansive exhibition, as well as gain valuable insight through the varied conference programme.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with peers, industry experts and providers as they gather in East London for the two-day event.

Delegates will hear experts discuss a wide variety of topics impacting the reward, benefits and compensation sectors. The conference programme will comprise five different subject streams on each day, including workplace pensions, health and wellbeing, employee engagement, HR strategy, benefits strategy, financial wellbeing, benefits technology, global reward, diversity and inclusion and benefits on a budget.

Keynote discussions on day one include ‘Putting health and wellbeing at the heart of your benefits strategy’ and ‘Reimagining the employee experience: adventures in artificial intelligence‘, as Kavitha Sivasubramaniam, editor of Employee Benefits, is joined by session speakers Cayla Kitayama, EMEA benefits at Google, and Keith Williams, reimagine HR services director at Unilever, respectively.

Day two will open with a discussion on ‘Breaking with conventions’, featuring Damien Hooper-Campbell, vice president and chief diversity officer at eBay. Wrapping up the event will be a session on ‘Unleashing your inner HR superstar’ with Marc Woods, gold medallist, BBC commentator and author.

Employee Benefits Live 2018 will take place on Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 October 2018 at ExCeL London.
