Up to half-a-million small businesses have been told by the Pensions Regulator they must set up a workplace pension; if they don’t, they face a minimum penalty of £400. Leaving it too late means there will not be enough time for employers to meet their staging date.
On 15 September Johnson Fleming will be holding a series of auto-enrolment workshops, designed to support local employers with their auto-enrolment duties.
