Ipsos and John Lewis shortlisted for Best Benefits to Support Menopause, Fertility or Pregnancy

Market research business Ipsos, department store chain John Lewis Partnership, and oil and gas firm BP are among the organisations shortlisted in the Best Benefits to Support Menopause, Fertility or Pregnancy category, at the Employee Benefits Awards 2022.

A new award for 2022, this accolade recognises a benefits offering that supports staff with their menopause, fertility or pregnancy journey.

The full shortlist for this category is:

  • Aster Group
  • BP
  • Centrica
  • Clifford Chance
  • IHS Markit (now part of S&P Global)
  • Ipsos
  • John Lewis Partnership

The annual awards, which has 22 categories this year, recognises the top work carried out by teams and organisations during 2021. While benefits and employee support are always important, the particular difficulties faced over the past two years has made this recognition all the more needed.

Another new category for 2022 that reflects this is the Best Benefits to Support Employees Post-Pandemic award, which is sponsored by Salary Finance, with judges selecting the organisation that has offered the most effective new employee benefit to help staff following the global healthcare crisis.

The Grand Prix will also be handed out during the ceremony to one of the finalists. It is selected from the winning entries across all of the categories and is presented to the organisation that most impressed the judges with its overall achievements.

All of this year’s winners will be announced at the Employee Benefits Awards 2022, held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 24 June. Guests will be treated to a champagne reception, three-course lunch, a celebrity host and an unmissable after-party that will include live music, dodgems, a carousel and a big wheel in the venue’s private grounds.

The Employee Benefits Awards returned to an in-person event last year due, after Covid-19  restrictions resulted in 2020’s ceremony being held online. It enables professionals in the reward, benefits and HR community to celebrate best practice in the field with their peers and colleagues, while also enjoying the opportunity to network with some of the biggest names, leaders and experts in the industry.
