T&F Informa has seen staff turnover drop and pension contributions increase following the introduction of its flexible benefits scheme. Salary sacrifice benefits included in the 4th Contact provided system have seen the publishing company save money on the scheme.
The firm was then able to re-invest the savings into further benefits such as gym membership. The company estimates that it has already saved £150,000 and hopes to save a further £100,000 when it includes the final group of employees into the plan later this year. In some departments staff turnover has decreased from 20% to 10-13%, while average pension contribution which stood at 2.8% are now at 7%.
