GVA Grimley has added a holiday planning system, pay modeller and total reward statements to its online flexible benefits scheme to help staff at the property firm make informed decisions.
Employees can now book holiday, access colleagues’ timetables and update their absence records online. The data gathered will enable the company to monitor and manage absence levels more effectively.
Debbie Robinson, HR manager, said: "We are empowering staff to make decisions on whether there are too many people out and they shouldn’t take holiday. We can [also] tell people very quickly what their absence levels are."
She added the statements are intended to help communicate the value of benefits to staff and are supplied through the Vebnet-provided site. The pay modeller enables staff to identify their net pay for the coming month.
