Edenred has added 1,400 cash-back offers to its voluntary benefits platform.
The new offers join the existing discounted vouchers and re-loadable cards across 50 retail organisations.
Employees can register on a dedicated website, tailoring their requirements to fit their lifestyle and interests. The offers can also be passed on to family members.
Employers are supported through the process by receiving tools to explain the benefits to their staff.
Andy Philpott, marketing director at Edenred, said: “In the current economic climate, as VAT increases and tax changes take effect, and impact on disposable incomes, we are working with an increasing number of businesses seeking ways to help their employees boost their spending power as part of a wider motivation and engagement strategy.”
