Winners of the Employee Benefits Awards 2013 announced

The Employee Benefits Award winners 2013 were announced on 7 June during a summer party held at the Artillery Garden at the HAC, London.

BMW (UK) won the prestigious Grand Prix award at the Employee Benefits Awards 2013. The Grand Prix is awarded to the most outstanding winner of an Employee Benefits Award.

BMW (UK’s) (pictured) Stress Management Programme – Mental Health and Wellbeing Services, for which it also won the title ‘Best stress management scheme’, was deemed by the judges to be a particularly brave approach to tackling a sensitive subject head on to help support employees. The judges felt that it could become a best-practice benchmark for workplace stress management programmes.

Janine Sparks, senior reward manager at British Airways, was named ‘Employee benefits professional of the year’. She was nominated by the judges as a person that the industry looks up to as a leader in employee benefits.
