EXCLUSIVE: Reward Gateway’s parent organisation, International Benefits Holding (IBH), has acquired Perkz, an online employee benefits platform for the UK and Ireland.
Under the terms of the acquisition, Perkz will operate separately from employee engagement software provider Reward Gateway, and will continue to focus on its current benefits offering and product position.
The acquisition aims to enable IBH to further enhance its product offering while streamlining its operations.
Perkz’s new headquarters will be located in Leeds. David Tedford, founder of Perkz, plans to take a step back from the business to spend more time with his family.
