Friends Provident has launched an online financial pensions service to help members of its group pensions schemes keep track of their finances and make the most of their group pension schemes.
Through the service. staff will be able to view a snapshot of their financial position, which will enable them to monitor their incomings and outgoing expenditure. It will also remind them of key payment dates, such as insurance renewals. Employees can also input information on any investments they have into a financial portfolio, which also provides an up-to-date evaluation of their holdings.
David Millar, manager of pensions communications at Friends Provident, said: “These new tools give [staff] the opportunity to understand, appreciate and increase their pensions.”
