Lees Solicitors has introduced an employer-paid health cash plan for its 110 staff.
The plan offers employees and their families a range of healthcare benefits such as optical and dental treatments, and discounted gym membership. Staff can also gain a second medical opinion through the Best Doctors service, through plan which is provided by Medicash.
Claire Hardman, HR advisor at Lees Solicitor, said: “The recession has been financially and mentally draining for a lot of people, so we wanted to provide a tangible benefit that would help boost employee morale and welfare.
“Since rolling out the scheme, the support our employees have received from Medicash has been invaluable. We have also received positive feedback from staff who are making the most of the different benefits with many deciding to add their partners and children to their plans.”
