Law firm DWF has introduced an employer-paid health cash plan for more than 500 employees. This excludes partners who already receive private medical insurance.
Through the cash plan, provided by Medicash, employees can access a range of benefits, including health screening and the Best Doctors advisory service.
Jane O’Connell, rewards adviser at DWF, explained: “We wanted to give all our employees access to some sort of health provision.
“We want to make sure that we have a healthy workforce and promote that as much as possible. The cash plan gives people instant access to something that they might not otherwise choose to have.”
