Lorica has partnered with LogBuy to offer a range of voluntary benefits to its clients’ employees.
The new brand, Marketplace, is are available to all employers offering flexible benefits through Lorica’s Cube platform.
Staff can access more than 800 discounts at retailers such as Thomas Cook, Strada and Sainsbury’s through online deals, print-off vouchers or a branded card. Matt Duffy, partnerships manager at Lorica, said: “Voluntary benefits can be a worthwhile offering for staff, yet many launches do not inspire their confidence and trust straightaway.
“We will make sure launch communications get the impact we want and that the administration runs like clockwork.”
