EXCLUSIVE: Fair Care Employee Benefits has launched a campaign to encourage employers to offer health assessments in the workplace.
Its Get checked campaign focuses on health screening, pointing out that schemes are tax-free when offered via a salary sacrifice arrangement.
Fair Care will send mailshots to existing clients as well as carrying out online marketing aimed at getting more employers involved in screening schemes.
Philip Curtis, managing director at Fair Care, says: “A lot of employers are not aware that this type of scheme can be put out as a salary sacrifice benefit, so it is cost neutral to them.”
