Bosses believe reward packages have severe impact on retention.

Some 50% of employers believe this is the case, while more than a quarter (27%) also believe flexible working has a high impact on retention. Despite this only 36% of organisations have changed the mix of the package offered to staff to reflect more non-financial benefits.
