Gladedale Group has introduced a voluntary benefits scheme to say thank you to employees.
My Gladedale Rewards will give the housebuilding group’s 850 staff access to discounts on a range of retail goods and services.
The scheme is available to all companies in the group, which previously offered only local discounts. The new platform will also be used to promote other benefits, including its pension and private medical insurance.
Gladedale implemented the scheme in early November, within a five-week period, to ensure it was available in the run-up to Christmas. Alan McGillivray, group HR director, said: “We have used this to say thank you to staff for what has been a difficult time in the industry.”
