Xerox launches total reward portal

EXCLUSIVE: Xerox has launched a total reward portal to provide employers with a straightforward way to provide up-to-date pay and benefits information to their employees.

The portal integrates all benefits, including the pension schemes and share plans, into a single dashboard.

It also includes personalised total reward statements, summary information of the employee’s benefits package, detailed explanations of each benefit, and pension modellers.

The portal is currently being rolled out to Xerox’s own employees, and provides information on more than 100 different types of benefits, including non-financial options, such as flexible working arrangements, and learning and development opportunities.

It also uses a grading system, which allows employees to rate the value of these benefits to them, providing employers with insight into whether the benefits strategy is effective in rewarding and motivating all employees.
