Reward, benefits and HR professionals should not miss the opportunity to showcase their benefits strategies and successes, as entries begin to roll in for the annual Employee Benefits Awards.
The Employee Benefits Awards 2018, which returns for its 16th year in 2018, provides employers with the chance to showcase and celebrate the outstanding work they have carried out on their reward and benefits strategies, as well as demonstrate the difference this has made to their organisations and employees.
The wide range of categories includes: best defined contribution (DC) pensions strategy, best mental health strategy, best flexible benefits plan, best benefits to support diversity and inclusion, best benefits to support working carers, best benefits communications, and most motivational benefits, among many others.
Winners will be announced at the Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party, which will be held on 8 June 2018 at The Pavilion at The Tower of London. The lunchtime awards ceremony is a must-attend event, giving the industry the opportunity to come together to network and celebrate employers’ achievements.
Ensure your organisation has a chance to make the final shortlist by submitting your entry by Monday 8 January 2018.
