This award is designed to recognise an organisation that operates a reward strategy across two or more countries outside the UK, or has large numbers of expatriate staff. The winner has used its global reward strategy to help drive its business goals.
Bwin.party gave itself the huge challenge of launching a global benefits programme in seven countries in less than 12 months. The judges were impressed with the organisation’s ability to deliver the project on time, not least because it did so across a wide range of countries, which required it to overcome many cultural differences.
The judges said: “What Bwin.party did in a 12-month period was truly impressive.”
