CIC has launched a lifestyle management product to help employees manage their home lives and avoid being distracted by such issues at work.
The Everyday Matters service, which is being offered by the employee assistance programme (EAP) provider in association with lifestyle management firm Time & Knowledge, can be offered as an individual package or an extension of CIC’s family care package.
It includes help with sourcing services to assist employees with their’: home, family and pets; retail, leisure and entertainment, and motor and travel, for example, finding builders, vets, or babysitters, obtaining cinema information or locating a garage. The service allows the employee to discuss their individual requirement with CIC staff who will source the requested service and send the employee all the contact details they need.
A confidential helpline is also available, which can be accessed through CIC’s EAPs.
