Inchcape adds voluntary perks

Car retail firm Inchcape has launched childcare vouchers offered via salary sacrifice after switching providers for its voluntary benefits scheme. The vouchers have been added to its voluntary benefits plan this month.

Inchcape may also add a salary sacrifice cycle-to-work scheme to its voluntary benefits plan. Currently, 5,000 employees can access a range of discounts from retailers, including John Lewis, and Marks and Spencer, through its voluntary benefits plan.

Staff can access information on perks and make their selections via an online platform. They can also obtain information via a telephone helpline.

Peter Gardner, head of colleague support and services and training at Inchcape, said: “We were looking for a scheme that would excite our employees.”

Inchcape’s  new voluntary benefits scheme is provided by Asperity.
