DTZ increases take-up with the relaunch of flexible benefits

DTZ has increased the take-up of its flexible benefits scheme, following a re-launch.

The UK property firm, which introduced the online scheme provided by Bluefin in January 2011, has seen 86% of employees log into the system and 75% actively select benefits.

Mark Savory, benefits manager at DTZ, said: “The re-launch exceeded expectations. The organisation had been through a period of uncertainty for our employees and this was a great opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to our people.

“It was important for us to be able to offer maximum choice and flexibility, and Bluefin’s scheme has successfully enabled us to do that.”
