Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors selects auto-enrolment system

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has selected a technology system to enable it to comply with its auto-enrolment duties.

The society, which employs more than 650 staff worldwide, has chosen cloud-based software from Fairsail. The product is designed to link in with existing Hr and payroll systems, as well as allowing access to eternal pension providers.

The organisation, which has more than 100,000 property professionals as members, has not yet settled on a prefered pension scheme for auto-enrolment.

Jemma McKenzie, human resources business partner at RICS, said: “We .needed a solution that has the potential to handle the entire process, from assessing eligibility through to managing employee communications, and which could link into payroll to ensure we did not have to go through a lengthy data input exercise.”
