Ford Parts Plus has launched a promotional scratch card scheme as an incentive for its dealer telesales staff.
The scheme, which has been called Stick or Twist, will award cards to employees who reach specific sales targets.
Prizes include branded Ford mugs; 32″ Sony televisions Aston Martin experience days and Odeon Cinema tickets.
Dickon James at Ford Wholesale Marketing, explained that the scheme was intended to incentivise telesales staff to increase their individual sales performance. “The aim of this is to motivate and communicate the programme to telesales teams with the emphasis of exceeding their targets so that they will have more opportunities to win top prizes,” he explained.
