Barclays has appointed Tristram Roberts group HR director with immediate effect. Prior to the appointment, he served as interim group HR director at Barclays, and HR director at Barclays Investment Bank.
Before joining Barclays, Roberts was group head of performance and reward, head of HR for global functions, operations and technology at HSBC Holdings, and group reward and policy director at Vodafone.
