Remus Rewards, which was founded in 2011, is a UK provider of programmes and technology designed to enhance employee or employer value proposition, improve performance, and increase employee loyalty. The employee reward and loyalty organisation mainly operates in the contractor, sporting and education markets, although the business was originally founded to supply the temporary labour market, umbrella and contractor accountancy firms with employee benefits. Remus Rewards is best known for providing voluntary benefits to the contractor sector.
People Value provides motivation and employee engagement programmes to organisations in the UK and Europe.
Remus Rewards will become a division within People Value as a result of the acquisition.
