Towers Watson and Willis complete merger

TowersWatson-Office-2014Willis and Towers Watson have officially merged to create Willis Towers Watson.

The two organisations first announced that they had signed a definitive merger agreement in June 2015.

The newly created global advisory, broking and solutions provider has over 39,000 employees in more than 120 countries.
