Portable accommodation and storage organisation Mobile Mini has launched an employee engagement programme for its UK-based staff, which includes access to voluntary benefits and a recognition scheme.
The new programme, provided by Perkbox, will allow staff to access a range of offers and discounts, including retail and online shopping discounts, restaurant, pub and bar discounts, corporate rates for gym memberships, free mobile phone insurance, half-price MOTs, reduced price theatre tickets and activity or attraction discounts.
These discounts can be accessed online through the platform or via a smartphone app.
The platform will also include access to online classes in yoga, healthy cooking, exercise and meditation, financial advice, and a 24-hour assistance helpline.
In addition, the package includes an online reward and recognition programme that enables top-down and peer-to-peer recognition between employees and teams.
The organisation has introduced the new programme as part of its commitment to reward staff for the work that they do.
