Xerox HR Services has become Conduent HR Services following the separation of business process services organisation Conduent and technology organisation Xerox.

Conduent and Xerox will now operate as independent, publicly-traded organisations.

Conduent is a Fortune 500-scale organisation with more than 93,000 employees across 43 countries. To mark its separation and its listing of its shares of common stock, Conduent representatives rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on 3 January 2017.

Conduent HR Services will continue its provision of HR strategy, administration and employee benefits services.

David Piltz (pictured), UK managing director at Conduent HR Services, said: “As a key part of Conduent, HR Services will draw on its 100 years of workplace expertise, providing employers with human resource strategy and administration execution, enabling employees to succeed with their health, wealth and career aspirations. Our technology and engagement focus will continue to enable employers to have administrative control of their HR and benefits activities, while providing employees with anytime, anywhere access to their benefits.

“The work of Conduent HR Services in the UK will continue in all aspects of employee benefits, reward and technology, pensions and investment consulting and administration services.”
