Gold Medal Travel is to launch a voluntary benefits scheme for its 700 employees.
Staff at the independent travel company will be able to use a branded reward card to benefit from discounts of up to 50% at thousands of retailers across the UK when the scheme launches in August.
Its provider, Lealta Benefits, has created a launch programme which includes bespoke information packs; a personalised letter from Gold Medal Travel’s managing director and intranet correspondence which will be used to communicate the new scheme to staff. There will also be a day of interactive presentations and question and answer sessions.
Michael Dougherty, operations director of Lealta Benefits, said: “With such a large workforce it can be difficult to make all employees feel that they are a valued part of the company, but our offering is specifically designed to achieve this by strengthening a business’s brand identity internally – whilst also providing a fantastic range of benefits.”
