British American Tobacco opts for single benefits site

British American Tobacco has rebranded its benefits website to enable staff to access both its flexible and voluntary benefits schemes through a single site.

It is hoped staff who previously only used one scheme will start using other benefits as well. The new site, provided by You at Work, is designed to be brighter, more co-ordinated and easier to use.

Kristy Gallagher, HR executive, said: “We surveyed employees who said the voluntary benefits site wasn’t very coherent and a little weak (on content). We now hope it will be the driving force behind flex.”
