MediaCom has launched a voluntary benefits scheme for its 600 UK employees to increase engagement with their benefits package.
The scheme gives staff access to a wide range of discounts and the ability to earn cash back at more than 1,800 high-street retailers.
Employees can also access a telephone helpdesk to obtain support and advice on the voluntary benefits scheme five days a week.
Helen Millar, HR director at MediaCom, said: “We feel providing our staff with a range of voluntary benefits will be a great way to enhance our reward provision in a way that helps our employees to make significant savings on a day-to-day basis.”
The scheme, which launched last month and is provided by Benefex, was communicated using promotional screensavers and pop-ups, teaser emails, a launch letter and posters.
