Azzurri Communications has introduced an online flexible benefits scheme and total reward statements to create a more harmonised perks package for its 700 employees.
The communications company, which appointed Thomsons Online Benefits to review its benefits package, has grown rapidly since its launch in 2000, partly through its acquisition of 16 other companies.
Noel McGonigle, HR director at Azzurri, said: “As we have grown so quickly, managing and communicating our reward package had become an increasingly complicated and time-consuming task. We now have one reward structure and brand that unites our people and facilitates our future expansion.”
Azzurri’s flex scheme has been branded the Benefits Network. The package also includes online pension functionality, which enables employees to enrol into the company’s scheme and manage their defined contribution pension.
