COA Solutions launches self-service HR system

COA Solutions has launched a new HR self-service system which enables authorised managers and employees to access and update details such as holiday dates, sick leave and training information.

Employee metrics are available to all self-service users in real-time, allowing organisations to measure and manage their workforces, while enhancing employee engagement. In addition, analytics reports, designed to improve efficiency and data transparency, can be electronically distributed.
