Fair Care is to launch a product in August to help employers and staff manage the auto-enrolment and compliance issues associated with the 2012 pension reforms.
Smart Pensions, designed for use with plans that operate salary sacrifice arrangements, can be added to the provider’s flexible benefits product. It will help with record-keeping requirements, contribution levels, and keeping track of staging dates.
Philip Curtis, managing director at Fair Care, said: “All dates are built into the system, and employers can pull off monthly reports showing the status of each employee.”
