DAC Beachcroft has launched a financial education programme for its 2,000 UK employees.
The law firm introduced the programme to provide a more consistent and continual approach to promoting its benefits package, which includes a flexible benefits scheme with an annual enrolment window.
Sarah Young, head of HR at DAC Beachcroft, said: “It’s critical for us that anything new we add to our reward package is joined up with what is already in place.
“Financial education is a great addition because it provides a wrapper to help promote what we already offer.”
The organisation is using Nudge Global’s Quantum technology, which uses HR and benefits data to profile employees and pre-empt their financial needs.
For instance, it can be used to help working parents understand childcare support and to help graduates learn about clearing student debt.
The online programme is available to employees as an application on computers and smartphones. It sends emails, or ‘nudges’, to employees, providing ‘in-the-moment’ financial education when they need it.
