Something for the weekend…
Everyone has felt the full force of a workplace shake up, be it office moves or restructured benefits packages.
At Manchester United Football Club, it looks like new manager Louis Van Gaal is doing everything he can to motivate players to adapt to his regime with a new workplace benefit.
The team has enquired about putting 30 sleeping pods in at its Carrington training ground because Van Gaal wants all his football stars to spend more time there.
The pods could become a vital benefit to help the players’ wellbeing because the coach plans to schedule in nighttime training sessions.
After a poor season last year and a need to boost the team’s productivity in the league, perhaps sleeping pods might just do the trick.
First of all ,I am happy to tell my club that,Some times they do make me feel happy and some times they are not .
Why I said so is that when you want to buy a player it is you who will be seriousy to go for the player you want to buy to discuss the price of the player with the club the player is in. But me I am not happy with the way Mn Utd are doing their bussiness, because those who are for that kind of bussiness are just shouting without being seriousy. Please change the policy of panicking without action. Di Maria, Vidal, Mats,Carvalho,Caudraudo and others supose to be now in O T What is wrong really?
Thanks
Sleeping facilities are a must have at the training ground. This season for Man U is going to be more like a crusade and only the fittest will survive. Basic sleeping facilities are therefore essential for players to take a kip when needs be!
