Carlsberg has consolidated its cash plans and reviewed the range of perks on offer, adding new options and launching a benefits portal to allow access to relevant information in one place.
Employees now have the option to buy and sell two days of annual leave each year, take retail vouchers and identity theft cover, and sign up to a cycle-to-work scheme. Staff with private medical insurance can also upgrade their level of cover.
In addition, Carlsberg has cut the number of cash plans it offers from two to one. Julian Daley, reward manager at Carlsberg, said: “We [had] more than one cash plan depending on where you worked. We basically want to give employees better value.”
To access the perks, staff must log on to the Motivano-provided benefits website.
